Pros: Convenient location. Very calm and peaceful once upstairs guests left. The treats and water left for us.

Cons: We were in Laval for funerals. This place was just perfect for us. We did not want to stay in hotels. So not really anything we did not like. Just the circonstances of our stay.

The unit was an excellent base for us to stay in whilewe explored Laval and Montreal.

Pros: Transit access was stellar, since two buses that go to the Cartier station (orange line subway) stop just outside the unit. It was also close to Place Bell, which is where we were seeing a concert. The unit stayed nice and cool even when it was blisteringly got out. The unit was also quite affordable, which really helped us enjoy our visit and worry less.
