Premium Location Stylish 3BR downtown Montreal

Pros: The location is really nice. It is a well equipped place and a pleasent experience overall. Beds are comfortable, the host is very caring towards guests.

Excellent location, clean and comfortable!

Pros: Can't get over the location, having it be right off st Catherine's, and less than 40 min walk from everywhere we needed to go! Fantastic location for a great price! We were even given the option to do early bag drop off which was just the cherry on-top since it was one of the most humid weekends we were there so we didn't want to leave our stuff in the car or carry it around with us.

Cons: Street parking was very hit of miss depending on when we got there, but Sam had already provided us before hand with parking garage options, just in case, so it worked out in the end!

Pros: L'emplacement proche rue Sainte Catherine, logement spacieux.

Cons: Un lit qui grince dans une des chambres des qu'on bouge. Sinon rien d'autre.

Perfect downtown location in a great spot for Montreal

Pros: Location of the property was great! And overall a very comfortable stay for our group. The communication was wonderful via messaging through the app. Would highly recommend staying if you want to have a blast in downtown Montreal!!

Comfortable base for a long weekend exploring Montreal with friends

Pros: Apartment was clean and comfortable. Location is great with easy access to public transportation. The host was very responsive via chat both before and during the stay. We were out most of our time in Montreal and only needed the apartment to hang out for short periods and sleep. So for our purposes, it was perfect.

Cons: Any issues I have are more structural, which is not the host's responsibility. Like the stairs are a bit narrow to navigate with luggage; or that there is minimal soundproofing, so you hear people talking in the street as if they're in the apartment. Not much traffic noise though, it's a pretty quiet street.

Bien mais attention dans la rue.

Pros: La réactivité de Sam est exemplaire et vraiment très agréable et serviable. L’appartement est joli et tout est bien aménagé (juste avec des enfants les armoires pas fixées au mur est à faire attention). L’emplacement est top, proche de la ligne verte, orange et du bus pour l’aéroport.

Cons: L’isolation de la rue est vraiment insuffisante. Et la rue avec des personnes sous drogues ne fait pas très agréable pour une famille.

Super appart pour explorer Montréal !

Pros: Au 1er étage d’un immeuble, quelques marches à monter. Très bon emplacement, à 2 minutes à pied de la rue Sainte-Catherine, du supermarché et des bars et restaurants. À 5 minutes à pied de la station de métro… Appartement spacieux avec 3 chambres. Literie très confortable, cuisine fonctionnelle et bien équipée. Check-in très facile, instructions reçues la veille. Lave-linge et sèche-linge disponibles sur le palier, communs pour l’immeuble . Propriétaire disponible et réactif.

Cons: Seulement 2 lampes de chevet dans les chambres et malheureusement pas fonctionnelles…. Vitres très poussiéreuses, empêchant la luminosité et la vue sur l’extérieur. L’intérieur de la douche peut être visible par certains voisins sur leurs balcons….
