Thank You for a nice experience

Pros: Wonderful check in staff; she upgraded our room when she found out it was my daughter’s birthday. She was so lovely. Rooms were cool and gym/pool floor had an amazing view

Cons: Staff at the resto during the brunch kept coming to the table after we ordered potatoes ( bizarre): we had several different waiters come to us to make sure we actually wanted potatoes. Then they bring us juice and gluten free bread which we did not order ( bizarre) . After this we order some bread and stipulated that we did not want gluten free to which the waiter ( again a different one) said that the resto did not serve gluten free bread ( which had erroneously been brought to our table before but anyway….). The food was good but the service was disorganized

Pros: Everything was amazing from the amenities to the staff

Cons: The fridge was pretty small

Pros: Great location, great facilities and nice pool to relax as outdoors is -25 degrees Celsius. Room is warm and great

Pros: The decor was nice , the staff is nice, the beds are comfy

Cons: The hotel is going for a minimalist look which cute and all but there's not enough furniture. We stayed during winter, theres no space to put your dirty wet boots, or your luggages. We ask twice for more pillows by email and on the phone before our arrival and we didn't get them.

Pros: Great new place for me, room good, nice people at the bar downstairs, really liked the big gym and swimming pool. Good place when you often are for work in Montréal

Great location and potential. With small tweaks it could be the perfect stay.

Pros: A nice, new hotel with a great Gym. I spent a whole week and have little to complain about. The swimming pool with views and sauna in wintry Montreal are a fantastic treat. It was also great to have an accessible self-serve, well equipped laundry.

Cons: No wardrobe in the room - just a few hangers and a dark-ish bathroom made it tricky for a girl to get ready. The gym changing rooms were a bit of a joke - there was not a single bench or hanger. Had a huge shower but no place to change. Kind of funny really - I spent a lot of time balancing on one foot. I was also the only person I could see using the gym towels that are stacked in the laundry room on each floor. I did find the information about this in the room. If I were a guy, I would 100% recommend. But I am not a guy.... so I have to give it 90%

Good, centrally located hotel

Pros: The location was great. Also the staff was friendly - with good service upon arrival/check-in. The location was close to Montreal Central Station so easy to walk there in 5 minutes. The room was large and clean.

Cons: In general not much I did not like; just that the breakfast could be arranged. Right now it was not. They prepared it, but I had to order standing at a till and from a short menu and then had to pay separately. I would much prefer a buffet or other kind of seated breakfast included in the hotel price.

A perfect stay close to everything!

Pros: I always like the Moxy hotels! Staff are suoer friendly and the Montreal team did not disappoint. Helpful and available at any time when needed. It was a great stay and the best room, really!

Cons: I liked everything.

Centrally located, nice for families and hotel gym lovers.

Pros: Brand new hotel, awesome gym and spa area. Easy to walk everywhere (main attractions 10-25min away). Easy to get an Uber and public transportation close by. Nice play area on the 2nd floor.

Cons: The a/c in the room was quite loud, eventually turned it off for the night. Lack of breakfast options, some basic bagels, croissants and yoghurt available at the bar. For more continental options you need to go out.
