Amazing New Apartment Close to Mount Royal Le Plateau by Denstays

Fantastic location and very clean, modern apartment

Pros: Very clean and modern. Fantastic location. Washer and dryer were great.

Cons: Pillows and bed were too soft. Needed more towel hanging space.

A lovely dwelling, spotlessly clean, wonderful kitchen area. Great owners. Fascinating neighborhood!

Pros: The studio was spotless. The kitchen was well stocked with all the essential cooking equipment that was in perfect condition. The Denstay team were wonderful and responsive, very nice people. The decor was very pleasing - the accommodations imparted calm and tranquility. This is so important when staying in a city. The location was fantastic, fascinating.

Cons: There was no heat in the bathroom. However, I rush to add that the Denstay team were wonderful. They kindly responded to my email and they quickly fixed the problem. Interestingly, I found that the pillows were in need of replacement. They appeared worn and were misshapen by prior use. I also found that sheets were worn and, crucially, graying; they, too, are ready to be replaced. I think this is important because one really needs to enter a bed in a hotel that feels absolutely clean and fresh. This is an easy issue to address and I'm sure this great Denstay team will improve for the next guest.

A Great Base in the Plateau

Pros: Large room, comfortable bed, two armchairs, good shower, large fully equipped kitchen area. Quiet. Staff not on site but very responsive. Keypad entrance very convenient. Excellent location—5-7 min walk to metro in area with many interesting shops.

Cons: Few minor touches would improve the room: hooks for towels in the bathroom, a small wardrobe to store clothes, luggage racks for suitcases. It is up a steep flight of stairs with no lift
