Pros: The apartment is very well equipped. We particularly appreciated the clothes wash pods, coffee, and kitchen roll. It's in a great area, lots of cafes and restaurants and near the Mont Royal metro station. Louis responded very quickly to any requests and let us check in early. Would recommend restaurant Albert opposite the apartment- lovely atmosphere and food.

Cons: No view at all.

Amazing helpful staff, wonderful location

Pros: Absolutely WONDERFUL staff that were incredibly helpful. My partner was going through some medical treatments and they provided extra blankets and pillows for her recovery. Also there was some utilities work done by the city, and they kept us updated at all times. The location at L'Plateau was so accessible with plenty of cafes and restaurants nearby!!

Cons: The water pressure in the bathroom could be stronger, it took a long time to wash up esp if you have long hair.

excellent location and well appointed

Pros: Location was excellent, close/easy access to everything, good kitchen facilities, very quiet, worked well for a longer stay

Cons: Couch could be improved, a few additional items in the kitchen would be useful, e.g. oven mitts, better ktchen tongs, cutting board, etc.

Pros: La situation de l'appartement. La propreté, le confort, la déco moderne, l'équipement de l'appartement. Le service client (qui m'a permis d'anticiper mon check-in de 1h). Tout est fourni : huile, sel / poivre, café Nespresso, doses lessive et LV

Cons: Pas d'ascenseur pour monter mes nombreuses valises, heureusement ce n'était qu'un étage. Cela mériterait d'avoir quelques couverts et verres en plus. Sinon parfait
