Brand New and Perfectly Located Flat in Le Plateau by Den Stays

Pros: Great location, surrounded by many restaurants and a supermarket next door. Spacious, modern, and spotless.

Pros: The flat is spacious, clean and well equipped. The location is nice, not far away from public transport and in a very vibrant neighbourhood. The staff were very helpful and responsive.

Cons: There is no elevator to get to the flat, which is on the first floor with steep stairs. This can be difficult if you have a lot of luggage or a baby stroller. The flat overlooks a busy road which can be sometimes noisy at night or in the early morning. However, earplugs were supplied by default.

Excellent location, clean and tidy studio!

Pros: Amazing location! It was an easy 10 mins walk from mt. Royal and Le Fontaine Park, both are amazing for a refreshing morning walk/run. Located right in the Plateau, a charming neighborhood with casual dining restaurants. Extremely communicative staff, who always responded to my messages within minutes/a few hours. Great facility, especially the laundry and dryer is a huge plus. A full kitchen is perfect for simple breakfasts. The windows worked fine to block most of the traffic. The staff did provide ear plugs, which helped.

Cons: A bit of thin walls. Some other residents were partying at the hall way at 3am on a Saturday night. It's not the property's fault, but make sure to expect hearing people walking at the hallway/ upstairs. That said, for the location and great facilities, I still highly recommend this place.

Comfortable and Central

Pros: The location is a must. Near of public transportation, stores, restaurants, parks. But more important: the apartment is gorgeous and have everything. I love to sit in front of the window every morning because the view of the bakery on the corner with the baker making pastry in the morning is amazing and the Cortadito and Cramique sucre is succulent. This apartment is in a street full of live. However, we never had any problems with loud noises. I really recommend it.

Cons: In the corner (se building) there's a liquor store and sometimes there's are homeless and the apartment door is near of it.

Pros: Spacious. Clean remodeling. Sofa. Table. Washer and dryer. Wood floor. Clear check-in instruction

Cons: Police siren noise past midnight multiple times. We stayed over weekend and maybe weekdays are better. Smallish bed for the size of the room.

Schöne Wohnung in guter Lage von Montreal.

Pros: Gute Lage. Schöne Einrichtung. Freundliche Begrüßung. Sehr gute Ausstattung.

Cons: Etwas laut wegen der Straße. Zugang mit Gepäck etwas beschwerlich wegen der Treppen.

Bon emplacement

Pros: Tous les équipements étaient récents Logement très spacieux Bon emplacement des commerces, des restaurants et bars.

Cons: Le bruit de la circulation même si les boules quiès mises à disposition ont été appréciées
