Très bon rapport qualité-prix et accueil

Pros: Emplacement super pratique à 5 mn à pied du métro Concordia et de la rue Sainte Catherine. Très calme car ma chambre donnait côté cour. J'ai pu rencontrer l'hôte, très conciliant et sympathique et qui habite à proximité. Le concept d'appartement partagé est plutôt agréable avec cuisine et SDB-WC communes. La chambre, bien qu'un peu étroite, est très fonctionnelle avec un petit réfrigérateur et une TV, un placard, une petite table+chaise. Suffisant pour quelques jours. Rapport qualité-prix très intéressant, en comparaison avec un autre établissement \

Cons: Climatisation un peu trop froide dans la chambre, bien qu'appréciable lorsqu'il fait 30-35° à l'extérieur. Difficile de répondre aux attentes de tous avec une climatisation centralisée : voir si possible de l' individualisée par chambre ou séparer chambres et espaces communs ?Ustensiles de cuisine un peu limités pour 7 chambres : peut-être ajouter une poêle anti-adhésive et une casserole ?

Cons: La luz se queda prendida en la noche y no hay forma de regular el aire propio

Pros: La chambre était propre et tout paraissait neuf. L'hôte a été conciliant en me laissant checkin en avance. Il est joignable très facilement et très courtois.

Cons: On entend facilement ce qu'il se passe dans les parties communes mais pas dérangeant pour moi
