Évaluation générale de l’appartement.

Pros: L’emplacement de l’appartement 5/5 Accès au transport public 5/5 Un quartier mouvementé Tout est disponible÷ restaurant, café, marché, pressing Près du centre où on peut se balader à pied. La convivialité avec d’autres colocataires . Le calme dans l'appartement vraiment un respect mutuelleentre les colocataires . Salle de bain ça va. L’eau bien chauffée. Wifi 5/ 5 Tv intégré YouTube car j’aimé la musique.

Cons: Pas assez des couverts de table ( fourchette, cuillère,couteaux) Un seul frigo dans l’appartement . Parfois il y manque d’espaces. Manque de désinfectant pour les toilettes .

Pros: I loved the area! The night life wasn’t too loud but wasn’t to empty where it felt good to be out at night and safe especially since I wasn’t familiar with the area or Montreal at all. LOOOOVED the 24 hour pizza place around the corner and close to everything !!!
