Great location, great room amenities, helpful staff.

Pros: We loved the location. Lots to do and explore in Griffintown, and easy to get downtown to Old Montreal as well. Quiet at night so sleeping was easy.

Cons: For two guests, having more than two thin towels would have been nice. The room was large and well stocked but the creature comforts (e.g., an extra blanket, more towels) could have been better.

Great!

Pros: Very convenient and close proximity to old town Montreal! I also want to thank Mohamed Boelsoud for his professionalism explaining to us the policies related to the parking at the hotel or on the street. He was a great and we want to acknowledge his assistance. Many thanks, Mohammed!

Cons: My partner and I thought the parking at the premises was free but we had to pay as that was not mentioned when we were making our Booking.

Good fir Business Trip

Pros: Medium size apartment with kitchen and separate bedroom. Lots of windows. Washer and Dryer Easy access to garage parking from room via elevator. Easy walk to restaurants and food stores. Easy walk (for adults) to Old Montreal.

Cons: The location was okey, but not great. It's more of a business district and lots of traffic flow and construction. For an adult, not bad, but definitely not for families with small children. There are lots of one way streets so it is easier to walk than take the car out to go anywhere in the city. I have stayed in other parts of the city that were better for tourist. Griffintown was most likely a cute place at one time, but has grown into apartment mega and business district. The bed in the apartment was also okey, not exceptional. I have slept in better. The bed is small Queen size or Double. Probably a good place to stay on a business trip, not really for leisure.

Comfortable modern apartment.

Pros: Spacious, modern, comfortable apartment with a nice kitchen and washing machine. There was a nice view of a park and trees from the balcony.

Cons: The large side windows looked directly into the apartment block next door.

Big apartment in a good location

Pros: Big and clean apartment in a good location for exploring Montreal. It has everything you need for a short stay including a washing machine and dryer.

Cons: It is not super central for public transport but the main sights are walkable. The staff did not provide much information upon check-in such as about rubbish collection and cleaning.

Pros: Incredibly dog friendly hotel and neighbourhood, which is difficult to find in Montreal. There are fenced in off leash dog parks next to the hotel, with a lot of friendly dogs and owners from the neighbourhood.

Cons: I booked through a third party (booking.com) so perhaps it was just not communicated through the third party, but the 45$/pet/night fee was not communicated at the time of booking, so I was surprised to see it added to the bill at check in.

A mini home away from home

Pros: Location was perfect . Super close to transport and walking distance to downtown . Lots of cafés/restaurants/grocery and studios /gyms nearby

Cons: The parking unfortunately for 38$ a day was the only unfortunate part.
