Good location, confortable unit and clean.

Pros: The apartment is well located, closed to restaurants, shopping store, bar, café.

Cons: The unit apartment is a Basement. In booking website, the property description does not mentioned it. Note, People who lives in the unit above (1st floor) make noises ( you can hear every steps, music and so). If you are planning to get some rest and sleep earlier in the night, it may be not the best choice.

Pros: I had a great time at this apartment — it’s very central, spotless, and perfectly equipped. Everything I needed was there, from kitchen supplies to extra towels. The host was friendly and responsive, and the place felt comfortable and welcoming. It’s also just one block from Sainte-Catherine Street, close to cafés, metro stations, and everything you might want to explore in Montréal. Highly recommend it for anyone looking for a clean, quiet, and well-located stay!

Lovely place in a very convenient location with responsive, attentive hosts

Pros: The property was fully equipped and supplied of everything! We only needed to buy groceries because everything else was included. Convenient location close to train station in nice neighborhood. We communicate with the host via email but responses were very fast and helpful

Cons: Curtains in main room could be better to reduce outside lighting. Noises from upstairs home were very noticeable; we mentioned it to the host who immediately assured would communicate the issue to the people upstairs l

Excellent, highly recommend

Pros: Spacious and fully equipped, the apt was perfect for our needs. Towels, shampoo, bathroom toiletries, cleaning supplies, nothing was forgotten. Location perfect ! I felt a little strange without direct communication with host, but since nothing was out of order, i have no complaints and would return!

It was a great value for money and I would‘t mind staying there again.

Pros: The location was very convenient. It was near the restaurants and grocery stores. Moreover, property was spacious and clean and the property manager was very accommodating and responsive.

Cons: There was no parking included and sometimes you can hear the footsteps of the people upstairs.
