Un superbe appartement dans un superbe quartier !

Pros: Un très bel appartement, propre, joliment décoré, bien équipé, spacieux et extrêmement bien placé. Un propriétaire attentif et réactif.

Cons: Les climatiseurs sont un peu bruyant.

Super emplacement et très bon équipement

Pros: Très bon accueil et arrivée facilitée. L'appartement est dans un quartier très sympa : rue piétonne l'été, beaucoup de commerces, métro à 5 minutes. Très grande cuisine très bien équipée.

Cons: Terrasse bruyante, c'est dommage.
