Wonderful Studio in Little Italy with full bath by Den Stays

It was good for what we needed as mostly spent time with family in Montreal

Pros: The property was well situated and although smaller than we expected had most things needed for our stay. When we had a problem with pillows smelling of smoke ( I think from outside they were immediately changed when we mentioned it) Also good to be able to leave luggage in room till 1pm as our flight home from Scotland was not till 5pm. We were a little concerned on seeing the ear plugs when checked in but thankfully were not needed. Overall a very comfortable stay but we were not in much as visiting family.

Cons: It said on website that there were laundry facilities but one of the washer driers was broken for the duration of our stay. The other drier was permanently full of towels and dusters which meant when we tried to wash things we had to try and dry in apartment. This was especially annoying when trying to dry the bath and hand towels supplied as there was only one hand towel and two bath towels supplied for the duration of our stay.

Wonderful studio in Little Italy

Pros: The room was very comfy and homey. It was very clean upon arrival. The kitchen was well stocked and it was a pleasure to be able to cook our own meals. The towels were fluffy and the bathroom had a very spacious shower. The location was excellent. There is an Italian grocery store down the street where we did all of our shopping, and a myriad of wonderful restaurants, cafés and bakeries in the area. We had one issue and we were able to quickly rectify it by calling Denstays. The employees of Denstays were attentive, friendly and helpful.

Great just a bit noisy

Pros: Great little studio which had pretty much everything we needed. Everything was very clean and the place had a really welcoming cosy vibe. Really big comfy bed with a TV on the wall which had Netflix (need your own login), Wi-Fi also worked great. Kitchen was great and had everything we needed to cook some meals. The bathroom was nice and clean, shower was powerful. The location was really nice in the Italian area of Montreal.

Cons: It’s very small but it’s not an issue at all if you’re staying alone or as a couple. The only issue was the noise from other people staying in the building. Every time someone on the corridor opened their door it made our door bang and at first I actually thought someone was trying to get in. The person in the room above was also very loud and it sounded sometimes like they were jumping up and down. I’m not sure if this is due to the thin walls of the building or just because the person was being exceptionally loud. I wouldn’t let this issue put anyone off staying here though, as it didn’t bother us too much and we were never kept awake by noise.

Great property, for price and location

Pros: Great location and fairly quiet inside, considering it's a busy city.

Cons: International travellers, a note to explain how to access TV channels would have been nice. Only a suggestion, not a complaint.

Pros: it had everything we needed and it was in a great location.

Pros: Great location, all appliances worked well. The room was very clean and comfortable. The pull out couch was very helpful.

Cons: The room was a bit loud, you can hear the other tenants in their rooms if they are being loud. The room is very small, and a bit expensive, almost the same as hotel price. But overall was very good.

Absolutely Amazing!

Pros: It’s an amazing stay in a great neighborhood, walkable, energetic and full of gourmet foods. Keep in mind: ID verification cost and parking fees are not included.

Pros: Very clean, excellent location in little Italy, shops, restaurants and bars in walking distance.

Like staying at a well located and clean hotel junior suite for a reasonable price.

Pros: Enjoyed our stay. Unfortunately the Wi-Fi stopped functioning by 8 pm so no use of it and no entertainment on the television. I could not reset it and it seemed too late to call you for the remaining of the evening.
