A wonderful location with everything you need.

Pros: I loved the proximity to a grocery/fruit store and excellent shops: Alerti Caserta (pastries), Boulangeries Marguerita--within walking distance, The unit itself felt felt very complete and efficient. I'd love to live there--if only I could find somewhere to keep all of my extra stuff.

Pros: Emplacement idéal. 2 bouches de métro à proximité. La propreté du lieu était plus que correcte. Pas de bruit ou presque.

Studio pas vraiment romantique

Pros: L'emplacement dans le quartier de la Petite Italie. La réponse très rapide du loueur et leur capacité à régler des situations.

Cons: Les locataires au-dessus étaient particulièrement bruyant et leur plancher mal insonorisé. Ils sortaient par le porte arrière en dévalant les escaliers tout à côté de notre studio et on les entendait ronfler. Conclusion, il vaut mieux louer au 4e étage plutôt qu'au 3e. Le sofa n'était pas assez confortable pour s'y asseoir longtemps.

Enjoyed my stay!!!

Pros: Great location: Petite Italie neighborhood of Montreal, fantastic for food, especially. It’s a safe neighborhood, with homes in nearby streets and locals out walking or in restaurants. Studio is a good size and has a closet to hang clothes. One has enough room to open a suitcase ne walk about. My studio faced the back street, so it was quiet in the night—thankful for that! One could hear people in the unit above if they walked around (or snored), but I was generally fine.

Cons: No complaints, just noting there is a standard oven, but no microwave oven in case other guests want that. Further, many Montreal buildings that have such studios typically don’t have elevators, so note that one has to go up a few flights of stairs for upper level units.
