A good place to stay in Little Italy

Pros: Quiet, including the wall mounted air conditioner. Very good location, with EV charging just at the end of the block. We did not have trouble finding free street parking a few blocks west. Building is across the street from an excellent Italian restaurant. Fine bakery just a couple of blocks.

Cons: Unit 403 smelled of smoke. Faint, and really only noticeable when we opened the door. On the other hand, it's in the back of the building, so no traffic noise.

Clean, comfortable apartment in a great location

Pros: I spent most of my time in Outremont and Mile End, so the location was perfect for me. I had to take the Metro to and from the train station, but the rest was walkable. The apartment was comfortable and had lots of amenities - I especially liked the Nespresso machine for coffee in the mornings, the fridge for drinks and snacks, and the TV with integrated streaming apps. I arrived late at night, so the self check-in was very convenient. Communication from the host was frequent and helpful.

Cons: I was a little uncomfortable with the screening process - a background-check seems extreme for a 2-night stay - but it wasn't a big problem. My only other complaint is that the 10:00am check-out was too early. I am used to checking-out at 11:00am or 12:00pm, and it was a bit of an inconvenience to leave earlier in the morning and carry my bags around. The host did offer to let me leave my bags in the room until later in the day, but it didn't work with my schedule to come back in the afternoon to retrieve them. An extra hour before check-out would have helped a lot.

Pros: There was no breakfast included. The local was superb, a very good place, clean and confortable. I really like to stay there.

Cons: The mattress wasn't very comfortable for me.

gute lage in little italy

Pros: perfekte lage und gut für zwei personen. platz nicht üppig jedoch völlig ausreichend. betreuung durch den vermieter.

Pros: Posto nel quartiere Little Italy, la struttura (ben ristrutturata recentemente) è disposta in un edificio a quattro piani (compreso il seminterrato) in cui sono disposte le stanze. Lavanderia nel seminterrato. La nostra camera è ampia, dotata di cucina (non c’è stranamente il microonde) funzionale e piccolissimo bagno. Non c’è un ascensore (comprensibile stante l’epoca dell’edificio) e la scala interna è troppo ripida, specie se si devono movimentare grosse valigie. Abbastanza comodi i mezzi di trasporto (fermata autobus poco lontano). Qualche problema iniziale per accedere alla stanza dovuta all’inefficacia del codice. Risolta tramite telefono.

Très beau séjour au 6768 Saint-Laurent, chambre 403!

Pros: Super tranquille, lit très comfortable, frigo et four, belle douche et salle de bain propre! Je réserverais à nouveau / recommanderais l'endroit sans hésiter!

Easy, comfy, cute, so small. Weird that you have to get a credit check to book there.

Pros: Comfy bed and pillows, strong shower, fun neighbourhood, all the basic facilities you need.

Cons: It’s just so small that some things feel awkward- I kept whacking my leg on the bed end because it’s such a squeeze to get to the window to shut the blinds, the fridge and freezer door can’t open the whole way which makes it hard to use the freezer, there isn’t even a good place for the toilet paper cause the bathroom is just so small lol. The stairwell is even smaller than normal stairwells. I really didn’t like that the railing stopped short of the top of the stairs. I have a knee injury and it’s stressful to navigate stairs without a rail.

Beau séjour

Pros: Lit très confortable et très bel espace décoré avec goût! Heureuse d'avoir eu a chambre au bout du corridor car il est vrai que ce n'est pas très bien insonorisé. Mais où l'on était c'était parfait.

Cons: Nous aurions eu besoin d'un micro-onde pour réchauffer notre lunch de fin de soirée ;)

Pros: Clean, comfortable, lots of natural light, kitchen, good communication

Cons: A tad tight
