Great apartment in perfect location.

Pros: Lovely apartment, big living dining area and side terrace was nice for a morning or early evening drink. All three bedrooms a good size. Kitchen fitted out with right number of crockery and glassware (no cracks or chips!). Perfect location as well in great area and just across the street from the metro station so easy get anywhere in city.

Cons: Only a small comment but the side terrace could have been fitted out a bit more nicely. External flight of stairs up to front door was steep so I wouldn’t recommend to anyone with walking difficulties!

Location, location!

Pros: Location is unbeatable! Bistros, cafés, bars, parcs and metro station!!

Cons: The pillows weren't very comfortable, but maybe that's just me. They were very flat.

Fabulous apartment in perfect location

Pros: Location was excellent but noisy on the first night (someone was having a party until well past midnight). That said, to be in a pedestrianised zone with metro so close was fabulous and made popping out for a drink, and for longer trips to the city very easy. House was fabulous too.

Cons: Quieter neighbours, but that was a one off seemingly.

Pros: Excellent location- although it would have been helpful to know the road is closed to traffic in summer. It was difficult to find a route through to get nearby to apartment. However once there it was perfect for metro & walking up to mount royal

Loved the local neighborhood vibe. Great location, excellent restaurants and fabulous patio.

Pros: Location was excellent! Loved walking straight down into the pedestrian street of Ave Mont Royal. Bedrooms are at the back of the unit so we didn't hear the noise from the street. Kitchen was large and well equipped for our stay. Really enjoyed sitting on the patios and people watching with a glass of wine.

Cons: Would have been nice to have some extra towels. Also, I'm not a fan of the soap dispensers attached to the wall. You never know what type of soap is in there or if it has been tampered with from previous guests. Box of tissues would have been a nice touch.

Pros: Logement spacieux, très bien équipé, calme et excrément bien situé. Parfait pour un séjour à Montréal.

Appartement très agréable super localisation mais départ tardif hyper cher

Pros: La localisation est extra, la rue devant l’appartement est piétonne l’été ce qui rends la localisation de l’appart hyper sympa. L’appart est propre, bien équipé, confortable.

Cons: Le supplément pour départ tardif, en effet il faut quitter les lieux pour 11h en cas de non réservation le jour même il est autorisé de rester dans l’appartement jusqu’à 13h sa supplément mais passé ce délais le dépassement est facturé 50$ de l’heure. Vu le prix de la location déjà conséquent je trouve que 50$ l’heure pour un appartement qui n’est pas relouer est exagéré.

Cons: This isn't the host's fault, but the front stairs are steep and irregular in depth. I didn't see the wifi password in any documentation, and when messaging the host, it took a while to get a response.
