Beautiful apartment in a nice neighbourhood

Pros: Very nice, clean and big apartment with everything you need. Little Italy is a nice neighbourhood with easy access to public transport.

A clean and relaxing stay.

Pros: I loved the location of this property. Little Italy is a small area with tons of food options and very safe at night. The property was about a twelve-minute walk to the metro. The rooms were clean and spacious. The beds were comfortable and the sheets were fresh.

Cons: There were mostly positives for this property. The only negative was that the booking process was a bit misleading. The way some of the charges were phrased, I thought that I would be getting refunded for part of the costs.

Pros: Great location for little Italy, fantastic coffee literally downstairs and walkable to great restaurants

Cons: The place was fantastic, fresh, clean and a great location. Just a little hiccup with the code to enter the apartment, but was quickly solved with a phone call to Den and we were in the building quickly.

Cute and accessible

Pros: Beautiful, comfy place to stay. Lots of amenities with water, ice, coffee, detergent, etc provided. There is a lot to see around the neighbourhood which can be easily done through the rentable bike stations nearby, or by walking. The metro is really close as well (~10 min walk) for easy access to other parts of the city. Overall would stay again!

Pros: Logement très fonctionnel, très bien équipé, au centre du quartier de la petite Italie, proche de plusieurs commerces, du marché Jean Talon et deux bouches de métro.

Cons: La nuit, nous entendions le bruit de la rue par la porte du Rdc. Mettre en place une porte en haut de l'escalier permettrait de réduire ce bruit.

Pros: La propreté de l'endroit et la place de stationnement gratuite. Confortable. Le suivi constant de votre organisation ! Très apprécié !

Cons: Manque de mitaines à four Une plaque pour fourneau Une boîte de papier mouchoir dans la salle de bain. Une couverture en surplus serait appréciée Un guide en français pour la télévision Note : Communication en français SVP! MERCI !

Pros: J’ai particulièrement apprécié la qualité remarquable des équipements et du logement, l’excellence de son emplacement ainsi que la réactivité et la bienveillance constantes du personnel

Cons: Seul petit bémol, l’animation du quartier en soirée se révélait parfois un peu bruyante

Outstanding host and property in the center of the action!

Pros: Amazing attention to detail including scent, ambient music, coffee pods, and well stocked kitchen supplies for quick meals. Louis and team are very responsive and keep the property well maintained. Located next to many highly rated restaurants. Parking is convenient. Would highly recommend to anyone.

Cons: Some crowd noise from the restaurants but they close at 9 so not too much of an issue.

Pros: Location was wonderful. Place was so nice and open. My family and I loved being in that space because it gave us all enough room and allowed for everyone to have their own space. Kitchen was so great and everything we would need was provided. Thanks for a wonderful stay!
