Great place to stay. I 100% recommend renting a flat here🙂

Pros: The flat felt very homey and is very well located in Montreal. It was of course super clean and had everything I needed for a short stay. Communication with the owner was flawless.

Cons: Honestly, there hasn’t been any negative point during my stay.

Clean and comfortable.

Pros: The place was comfortable . Too comfortable. We had all kinds of plans but fell asleep before 9pm. It was a Saturday night. I need to turn in my party card.

Cons: The hallway and steps to get to our room was very narrow.

Pros: Best location ever! I would recommend everyone to stay here. In my opinion, it is way better than the ville marie or old Montreal. The shops were great, the people and cafes too. It's not that touristy. Also, ville marie and old Montreal were not really far away. I loved the apartment.

Fantastic stay

Pros: The neighborhood is great and the location within the neighborhood unbeatable. Very stylish, yet functional.

We really enjoyed our stay in Plateau. We loved exploring.

Pros: The physical space was very nicely laid out. Newly renovated and had lovely natural light from many angles. There was even a small outdoor balcony with 2 chairs. The bed was very comfortable . The location was fantastic!! We had a great dinner at Albert’s on a nearby corner, really funny atmosphere and a lovely evening at Diese Onze jazz club also nearby!

Cons: We loved it all!!

Great Studio in Prime Location

Pros: Great location, super confortable bed, sparking clean and quiet. Perfect little studio for 1/2 guests. Great communication with owners.

Pros: Unit 9 was very clean and quiet. My only complaint is the spiral staircase to get there. A younger person probably wouldn't have a problem, but it was a bit tricky for this senior.

Would stay again !

Pros: Rue St.Denis was a great place to stay, spoilt for choice as far as bars & restaurants were concerned. It is a busy street by mid morning but our apartment faced onto it with a cute small balcony and I can honestly say noise was never an issue. We had the windows open most of the time. Metro and bus links all near by. Apartment itself was spacious , well equipped and very clean. Host was very helpful in making sure we got settled in.

Cons: Couldn't find the recycling space downstairs. Left it all clean and segregated in the apartment. So no problem.

Comfortable and convenient

Pros: The location is great. The apartment is well appointed, and I enjoyed the decor.

Cons: The only problem was the code alarm front door for the apartment itself, which sometimes didn't open. I ended up leaving the door unlocked.

Perfect and exceptional

Pros: The apartments are supper clean and everything is in order. Managers are always available and helped. Best location possible.

Cons: Parking a bit challenging, but it's downtown can't expect too much.
