Great location, view and service. Fitness center needs some improvement

Pros: Great location helpful staff. Valet parking service was excellent. Large room with wonderful view.

Cons: Fitness center modestly equipped. The air-condition in the fitness room did not work and there were no disinfection wipes.

Pros: The room is spacious and comfortable. I really love the location. It is very convenient to go to other places. There are lots of restaurant and shopping center near the hotel. It is also located near the subway station, which is great for us.

Cons: There is cleaning service everyday, which is a bonus point. However, they always clean quite early in the morning, which interrupted our rest/sleep. Besides, when they finished cleaning our room, they carelessly closed the door - it was not fully closed (what if there are lost in our stuff?). When I complain this with the reception staff, the lady there did not sincerely apologize us, I felt like she did not take this issue seriously.

Cons: Room floor - looked clean but my friend who wears white socks couldn't hide the unclean floor. Her socks is not white anymore.

Friendly hotel

Pros: Good location. Comfortable room. Very helpful staff ( particularly Hillard (sp ?) who was so patient with us on arrival.

Cons: Tea making facilities the room would have been nice.

Pros: Had a lovely room with a city and park view and huge tv with Netflix! Room was spacious and comfortable. Good location very close to metro and bus.

The hotel was clean with no Parking and extra benefits. The staff were helpful, Polite and kind.

Pros: In General, it was ok. Bed Sheets and Towels and the room were extremely clean and tidy.

Cons: There was only 1 Bottle of Water for a family of 3 or 2, the Coffee machine was not working and there were no slippers in the room. The Restaurant was closed on a workday. The washroom was too small for an elderly guest with a walker.
