It was just what we wanted in a three-day weekend.

Pros: The Chalet was attractive, clean, well situated and very well equipped. The beds were good, the linens fine; bathrooms very well done. We had the feeling that we might be the first people to rent the place.

Cons: The one thing we worried about a little was the staircase down to the bedrooms and the recreation area on the lower floor. The stairs opened almost in the middle of the main floor and it was of concern to the older members of our family and somewhat a risk to the children. Perhaps some kind of retractable gate might be at the top, or a railing to hold onto before descending.
