Good communication with the staff

Pros: A very reasonable price for a traveler who just needs a basic place to sleep.

Cons: a person in the next door seemed to have arrived after 11 pm. His knocking the entrance door sound woke me up. Due to the old house wooden floor, I couldn't go back to sleep when he walked so heavy around the house.
