Beautiful, cozy room and very friendly service!

Pros: Location was perfect. Close to everything in old Mtl

Cons: Only negative thing was that it took quite a while for the person to get our car for us. But no worries, we were not in a rush

Pros: Hôtel très bien situé, personnel adorable, petit dej correct, jolie chambre.

Cons: ATTENTION DE TRES GROS TRAVAUX DE RENOVATION JUSTE A COTE et rue très sale. Il y avait des traces de verres sur la tablette de la salle de bain, cela ne faisait du coup pas clean quand nous sommes arrivés mais tout le reste était propre.

It was perfect.

Pros: This hotel is excellent and I wouldn't consider staying anywhere else if I come back to Montreal. It was everything I was hoping and more: a 3 star hotel that has all the comforts you want without paying extra for things you don't (full service restaurant & spa). The breakfast was fantastic. The coffee service 24/7 was an added bonus that really made this place feel special. The beds and pillows were perfect. The room setup is just as it appears in the pictures. The shower was great. They provide robes and slippers. It is all those little things that make you feel pampered. The best was the staff. Every single one of them. This place is a gem.

Cons: They had no control over the fact that there is building construction next door. However, it was only going on from 8am-4pm weekdays. And it did not bother me at all.
