Hotel great - Meeting room arrangements lack up-front information

Pros: I had stayed at this property a few months ago, and decided that it would be an ideal venue to rent a meeting room for a couple of days for new recruits' training purposes.

Cons: Unfortunately, the person in charge of coordinating the meeting-room facilities as well as writing the rental-contract was not a good business person. While she did quote \

Great pool, comfy beds, perfect stay with kids

Family stay in Quebec

Pros: Overall, the hotel is quite good. We found a good offer at Booking, which made us change our initial reservation. As we had a car, it was easy to reach and park outside at no cost. If you don't have a car, it takes time to reach and there is no direct metro. The room was great, large, clean and comfortable. The kids loved the pool. Wifi worked well. There are two supermarkets outside and you have a microwave in the lobby.

Cons: The room we booked said in the description that it had a microwave, but it does not. This was solved by using the microwave in the lobby. Our room had the AC remote malfunctioning, and we were unable to shut it down. We had to ask every day at the reception to do it. Not all the staff members could do it immediately. This was a particular thing in our room, I hope it gets fixed soon. Despite this issue, I still recommend the hotel. Finally, it would be nice if breakfast could be booked also in Booking.

Had a memorable stay

Pros: Was on the last floor. The room ceiling was high, hence the window was huge and the view was great.
