Good hotel, not so good air conditioner.

Pros: The hotel was overall very good. Breakfast was actually good, and the staff at reception was nice.

Cons: The air conditioner in the room was not clean. Therefore, there was a weird smell in the room.

Pros: We liked the location, the cleanliness, the staff and especially the breakfast! Katia and Mary super friendly! And Alejandro at the front desk was very helpful!

Pros: Location was convenient the staff were friendly and I really loved the 12pm check out time rather then the 11am check out.

Cons: Was disappointed to see no microwave in room as I usually bring stuff that require a microwave.

Our stay at Hampton Inn and Suites in Laval was extremely pleasant.

Pros: We arrived after a long journey from our home in Ontario and were so relieved to be greeted by your amazing friendly staff in the late hours of midnight! The room (#206) was great, bathrooms awesome (My daughter and I shared it and wow, lots of room!) It was clean, the bed was comfy, the temperature was perfect and we were able to adjust it as needed with no problems. The breakfast in the morning was just what we needed to start our day. We do not speak french, but that didn't make communication at all difficult. I hesitated staying in Laval instead of Montreal, but the location of your hotel made getting into the City a breeze. We will definitely be returning and will refer Hampton Inn to our friends.
