Sheraton Laval Hotel

Pros: On the whole the location was good and easy access to where we wanted to go. Loved the facilities and very clean. Staff helpful when needed.

Cons: We were put in room 507 which grandson right beside highway. Very noisy in combo with our neighbour's beside and across the hall the first night was terrible. I was travelling with my 7 year old grandson so why were we put there in first place. We were moved to room 338 the following day which was much quieter but to be honest, the first night truly ruined the stay for me. I am surprised you haven't had more complaints from travellers staying on that side of hotel. I will definitely think twice about staying at hotel in future!

Pros: Friendly, the staff were all there despite the snow storm. Wait staff in restaurant were really helpful.

Overall, we enjoyed our stay.

Pros: On-site parking, location next to major mall, polite staff, comfortable beds, swimming pool and sauna, clean

Cons: Non-residents could use the lift and go upstairs without using an access card. Could be a security loophole.

Pros: The reception staff is friendly, especially Mr. Ramzi, the reception manager, who is excellent and helpful gentleman.

My stay at Sheraton Laval

Pros: Veey convenient location. Friendly staff Clean and tidy environment Rooms were cleaned upon request.

Cons: Had to ask for a bigger fridge and microwave. Tea and coffee would taste bettwr in proper cups rather then paper cups. No cutleries in the room

Personnel were very professionnal.

Pros: convenient location as our show was in your convention center

Cons: Highway noise made it a rough night.

Extremely satisfied and happy to have selected this hotel for our Christmas family reunion!

Pros: Everything was excellent ... location, newly renovated hotel and rooms, large rooms, cleanliness, reception staff, restaurant waiters, pool, sauna, steam room, hot tub, gym, food ... wonderful family experience!

Cons: Definitely, no buffet style breakfast available, only menu style waited at table. Teenagers prefer more food choices and second helping option of buffet style. Food was very good and service as well.

Pros: I love the swimming pool and the hot tub. It was clean, easy to access, very relaxing. I definietely appreciate the times they are open.

Pros: My daughter and grand-daughter and I had a wonderful time; We shopped; we were spoiled at Amerispa. Sheraton gave us coupons for 25.00$ each for Amerispa!!! The pool and hot tub absolutely wonderful. Everything was perfect. I will be back soon. The staff who spoiled me throughout my visit will always be remembered. Thank you for making my visit special.

Cons: Cannot find a thing

Pros: The facilities are extremely well-appointed, pristine and immaculate.

Cons: I found the reception staff cold and unfriendly. I did not appreciate waiting for over ten minutes to be recognized or assisted without apology.
