Simple, pleasant, restful, and comfortable. It was what I expected, and did not disappoint.

Pros: Quite close by car to many restaurants, and very close to main highway 30. The room #7 was small, with two single beds as we requested. It was a simple room, with storage space for a couple small suitcases, but very clean and warm (end November) with effective thermostat control of quiet electric baseboard heating. The bathroom had a shower with a tile bench and again was clean and comfortable. Had mic rowave, electric kettle and fridge. We were attending a hockey tournament so knew we would only be sleeping in the room, so it met our needs and expectations. The motel had about 4-5 guests each of our three nights, and it was very quiet and conducive to sleep. We would happily return, and will put on our list of potential stop-overs for regular Barrie<-> Nova Scotia trips. P.S. Had FANTASTIC vegetarian pizza, manicotti and Caesar salad at Chambly Pizzeria, close to motel by car, and would highly recommend!

Cons: The room #7 had few electrical outlets, and the lamp was connected to a small extension cord whose plug end was not seen enter an electrical outlet, which raises concern about status of wiring.

It is a very good place to stop and rest during long drives. Will reserve in the future.

Pros: Staff was very friendly and professional, always avaialble to answer my questions.

Cons: Location and room are noisy: AC, fridge, heavy traffic. Away from groceries, restaurants, etc.

Convenient stopover

Pros: Very convenient location just off the A30. Easy self checkin. Quiet grounds with outdoor seating areas. Room was clean.

Cons: The bathroom was terrible in room 8, and the floors were quite uneven. The overall exterior maintenance was lacking somewhat.
