Best Western Hotel Brossard

On the whole, it was a very good hotel.

Pros: Breakfast was great, the bed was great, everything was clean.

Cons: We are both old and we were situated at the furthest room on the second floor. Very long walk to get to the main lobby for breakfast or to get to our car in the parking lot.

Pros: Proximity to restaurants and shopping was great. We have stayed in this Best Western several times.

Front desk staff was very pleasant and helpful both at check in and leaving in the morning.

Pros: Room was very nice and up to date. We were surprised to have to pay extra for parking. Breakfast was adequate but not exceptional.

Cons: Paying extra for parking

Pros: Clean hotel, secure parking, smart TV's allowing me to connect to my streaming services

Good with some points to consider.

Pros: Lots of space in the rooms and they are starting to update them. We had 2 rooms, one of which had moved to vinyl flooring and a walk in shower. Other room had a tub and low pile carpet. Good breakfast that looks like they have two days of options provided. It is usually hopping. They want to clean and freshen your room, leaving a note behind if you left the \

Cons: Room cards had to be regularly reset. An annoyance. Parking is not free ($12.50/night?) so put that into your comparables. Location - never having been to the Montreal area we always ended up in and around the Ville-Marie area. That's our own fault for not considering the distance to Brossard (a good 30 minutes). Something for you to pay attention to as you plan. :) Location (part 2) - closed up and tagged buildings nearby can feel disconcerting when you have to use your room key card to unlock the gate to parking. No issues came up during our stay though. It feels like a the main drag of a stretched out suburb so you'll need a vehicle to up and down the strip for anything other than the Boston Pizza and Restaurant Barbie. Didn't use it, but pool is on the smaller side.

Clean, Comfortable and good value!

Pros: The hotel was well located with a number of restaurants nearby. Checkin was very easy. Staff were friendly. They have gated parking here which is an added safety feature. The rooms were very comfortable and spacious. The bed was very comfortable too. The included breakfast was very good. Free wifi was also good. We stayed for 3 nights and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Would definitely recommend staying here. Value for your money.

Excellent. We needed something close to La Prairie. This perfectly fit the bill and was great value.

Pros: Room was lovely, clean, convenient, on the ground floor, easy access to our car and close to the pool. Perfect. The pool was great.

Cons: The pillows! Both my friend and I found them too soft. Suggestion would be to have a mix, some firm, some soft.

Pleasant stay near Pearson airport

Pros: Excellent breakfast and helpful staff. Also, the complimentary hot chocolate when you get back to the hotel at night was a plus.

Pros: Good hotel. Breakfast was good. The pool is good. The gym is a little bit tiny. Since the new gates were installed, it felt safer to your vehicles. But paying 10bucks for parking was not expected.

Cons: The pool was full of teenagers But no people told them to stop screaming and doing dangerous acts. Not good to young kids to swim there. If someone from hotel could tell these teenagers behave beyter, that would be great. And paying 10bucks for parking was not expected.
