Comfortable stay

Pros: Very clean, large, comfortable room. Large parking available as well. I will go there again.

Was a very nice visit

Pros: Breakfast was great and the availability to get coffee all night

Pros: Bed and room size and free breakfast, good enough for a free breakfast (sausage eggs and all)

Very good value for money

Pros: This is our second time in Brossard hotel, and we really love the comfort of the room, and bed, and pillows - everything is top quality. The location is convenient to reach by car, and free parking on site is available. Check in process was fast.

Cons: The quality of breakfast is such a contrast to the quality of the room, it is insane. The breakfast is really bad, with cheap plastic stuff, packaged foods, everything is the cheapest option of food. Coffee was not too bad, surprisingly.

Pros: Rooms are always clean, beds are comfortable, breakfast selection is nice.

Cons: It's probably impossible to do but maybe some salr on main areas outside. I took a bad fall on my way into the hotel Saturday night. Made it inside to the lobby to sit and collect myself.

Amazing facilities, clean, spacious, courteous and efficient staff.

Pros: Exceptionally clean, spacious, and comfortable room.

Cons: A microwave in the room would have been very appreciated for a quick in-room meal.

Internet Problem

Pros: I’ve really enjoyed how quiet and comfortable the room is. The location was incredibly convenient for exploring the area, and I was really impressed by the cleanliness and comfort of the room—the bed provided a great night's sleep! The room was spacious and well-maintained, and the check-in process was very smooth. I did have some trouble with the WiFi signal being poor on the unsecured network, but hopefully I'd love to see a more reliable guest connection in the future. The peace and quiet of the hotel made it a very relaxing trip. Thank you for the hospitality!

Cons: ​I stayed at Room number 319 (Third Floor) at Hotel Brossard and I was having significant difficulty with the internet connection. While I was advised to use the open network by the front desk personnel, the signal was unfortunately too weak to maintain a stable connection and it frequently drops. ​I noticed there was a secured network with a much stronger signal available. It would have been much better if I was provided access to the secured network, or if there's any alternative solution they can offer to ensure people have a reliable connection during the stay? I would really appreciate if they could resolve this problem.

Pros: The hotel staff were extremely helpful, the location was ideal, the breakfast was good, and the rooms were comfortable as well.

Cons: They could make the rooms a bit cleaner and offer more variety in the breakfast options

Great Stay!

Pros: Our second stay here. Easy access, exceptionally clean throughout, very quiet, stately decor, and great staff!! Will definitely stay here if in the area!! Kudos to All!! 😀

Pros: The hotel was clean, the amenities were good, and breakfast offered a nice variety of choices.

Cons: However, I would like to share some feedback regarding the front desk service. At check-in, no information about the hotel facilities was provided unless I specifically asked. At check-out, the staff did not respond when I mentioned that we were checking out and did not ask about our stay.
