Pros: Rashid was really nice and helpful. He even ley us leave our bags for a 10 dollar fee after checkout for a few hours. The facilities were great for the price and the metro was close by which was convenient.

Cons: Would love to have a kettle and microwave within room. These amenities would be helpful/convenient.

Super place to stay.

Pros: Great location! I had a wonderful time with my family. All the attractions we went to took about 20 minutes walking. It made our experience even better! Adam with his coffee and talk was a wonderful host.

Pros: The staff at the reception desk were VERY friendly and kind! Offered to load/unload our luggage and kindly answered my questions. The room was small but clean and the space was well used. We had the corner room with city street view so as long as the windows were closed, traffic noise was to a minimum. There was a very small minifridge and a small closet. No microwave in the room but we were allowed to use one at the reception area. Location was phenomenal! 1 min walk to the metro station and you could easily walk to the St.Catherine St or to the old montreal.

Cons: We weren't warned about the narrow steps to get up to the unit. We were only on the second floor so it wasn't too bad. There is underground pay parking just 2 min away but it is also for the Hyatt hotel. The first night we were able to park there for $28 for 24hr. But the second night, the parking security told us that the lot was full for the Hyatt hotel guests. We ended up parking at another underground lot which was about 7 min walk, but for $18 for 24hours which was even better. Because the hotel is placed on a narrow, busy street, we had to unload our luggage from across the street. Thankfully there were four of us so it wasn't too bad.

Pros: The hotel was so lovely, so bright and had such lovely decoration to create a real friendly and warm vibe which made a big difference. Very modern and has absolutely everything you need. Would definitely stay here again as it was amazing value for money

Amazing experience at Le Coach!

Pros: It was so clean. The customer service was above and beyond helpful. The bed and pillows were so comfortable. The Linens were cozy.

Cons: The only thing needed to change would be the sound of the other guests. Just bring earplugs for the night, and you'll have the perfect experience!

Nice stay in Montreal

Pros: Overall I enjoyed my stay at the hotel. The bed was very comfortable, the hotel was in a great location, lots of restaurants nearby (and close to the metro and the bus taking you to the airport). The staff was friendly and the size of the room was decent.

Cons: As the hotel is quite small, it can get noisy at times when people talk at reception (can be heard in the room). Although the room was overall clean, some areas in the room could have been dusted off fully.
