Pros: Great staff they were very friendly, the place looked nice and the bed was very comfortable, a good bathroom with lots of space, it's a great hotel to book for a shorter stay

Cons: The pancake machine at breakfast always got stuck or broke and the beds could've had a bit more pillows

Pros: I had a great stay at Tru by Hilton. The hotel and its facilities are brand new, modern, and very well maintained. The breakfast was excellent, with plenty of fresh and tasty options. The highlight, however, was the staff — everyone was incredibly friendly, helpful, and attentive. Their kindness truly made the experience even better. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

Value for the money

Pros: Everything was fine. Very clean room, had plenty of stuff in the bathroom. Receptionist Amanda was very friendly and helpful.

Cons: Not very good soundproofing in the room

Pros: Very nice place. The room was great, very clean and comfortable. breakfast was excellent.

Cons: The down side is there is no parking in the building and it is a bit difficult to have a nice spot close to the hotel

Pros: The Staff is the kindest and easiest to talk to I ever experienced in a Hotel. I’ve asked for a kettle and 1min after it was available. Good location near Saint Catherine commercial street.

Cons: Breakfast choices could propose more variety in food.

2 night stay

Pros: Amazing service! Text each day to make sure our stay was good and let us know they were there. Beds super comfy, and rooms were a good size. Pillows were comfy, and the TV was huge. Not that we watched a ton. But it was overall 9/10 and would stay again! The lounge area was great!!! Tea and coffee 24hrs was helpful. Really excellent stay.

Cons: The only complaint, the water in the shower could have been a bit hotter, and an extra bath towel would have been nice.
