Would recommend this stay for easy access to downtown.
Pros: Location was perfect, lots of restaurants nearby aswell as a train station and easy to get around.
Cons: Breakfast was a little to simple, would've liked to have more options.

Pros: Initally we were delighted with complimentary breakfast option but lets just say complimentary breakfast is best skipped.
Cons: Only one person serving breakfast in a room full of people, empty plates and buffet and messy tables, food left over from previous patrons... A bit of a nightmare. It was a turn off watching this and it questioned the hygiene of the entire hotel. Hotel room overall clean but dated. Carpet has lost its thread in places. All place needs an uplift and a freshening up. It feels dated and dark.

Very pleasant stay, I plan to visit Montreal at-least once each summer - would possibly stay here :)
Pros: The breakfast was a little basic, though I must admit it was good value for the prices charged. I missed seeing sausages or scrambled eggs which is regularly found in similar breakfast menus - but overall I'm satisfied with the breakfast provided.
Cons: Some of the TV channels were always stuck and there was no working kids channel, though it was mentioned in the guest booklet provided in our room. Maybe helpful for the management to consider updating the cable-tv box.

Pros: From administration, managers, Receptionists,kitchen crew,maids crew, maintenance crew. I'm telling you guys...... All staff make you feel like home.. Best experience EVER

Basic breakfast, comfy enough room, weird long delay. Would still come back
Pros: Staff was nice. The room was nice, fridge is hidden in the cabinet. Bed was comfy, good bedding. Wifi speeds seem okay, they could use another provider for faster speeds probably
Cons: Breakfast was basic, its just the bare minimum that can get you through your day. check in had a long line, which I found strange because there were two staff, and two computers, I definitely did not enjoy standing in line for almost 40 minutes

Pros: Everything was great, for the price. I wanted ice for the room but the machine was not working, I feel like ice should be available, or mentioned if not. I wanted to watch tv and was happy to see it was a smart tv in the room, but I could not connect to my streaming services. Wish I could've. It was overall a nice stay, friendly staff and very quiet. Oh! I loved the shower, it was a normal shower nothing fancy, but the jet was strong and I was able to take a nice shower

Pros: A simple yet delicious breakfast, very friendly staff, and a beautiful lobby. A great place to stay at an affordable price. Overall, it's a good option for young travelers.
Cons: The room decor is outdated, and the soundproofing between rooms is poor, which may disturb your rest.

Pros: Very good geographic position, and also contained breakfast. We checked in early, but we were still got to enter our rooms. The services are really nice, and the beds are comfortable!

Cons: Floor is messy due to snow but at least someone should keep it clean, entrance was slippery. Hotel parking is not planned properly.

Overall it was nice and quite good for the price, clean with no smell
Pros: Near to downtown, in very wide street with zero noise Near to all utilities & metro stations, have a lot of car parking The employees were very nice & gentle. I remember Fatima on my first day I had to go to party & I was wearing 15cm high heels on a snow day, I asked her if she can help me to reach to me car & she helped me happily. Jasmin the housekeeper I asked her to change my bed sheets because accidentally I dropped a chocolate on them & she did it without feeling me any embarrassment. They were very nice team & helpful. I loved the idea of keeping doors of hotel open over nights, so if I have a friend visiting me late he can go upstairs directly & no need to go downstairs top open for him.
Cons: The utilities was little bit old. The pillows need to be replaced with new comfy ones. The TVs need to be replaced with a modern ones. The water pressure need to be more & the shape of the shower itself need to be replaced with more modern one
