Great stay but the room was beside a party, we couldn't sleep.

Pros: Perfect breakfast, the facilities are awesome. The staff is very special. It's the 3rd time we come, this is a happy place for us.

Cons: The room where we stayed was just beside the reception room where a party was taking place. We could sleep at all, badly.

Relax and be at peace in front of the lake view

Pros: The location was just what I was dreaming of, peaceful and quiet The room was overlooking the lake and the pier with two chairs where we sat soaking in the last rays of sunshine. The restaurant Le Riverain was very good with a special mention to the chef patissier, his chocolate and hazelnut composition was to die for… different textures, different exquisite flavours melting in the mouth… he has a great future!

Cons: The food at the bar…. Shamefull low quality, i already explained to the very kind waittress who did her best to make up for the stunningly low quality.

Slice of paradise in Ayers Cliff!

Pros: The grounds of the property were impressive. The staff were exceptionally friendly and accommodating. They think of every comfort at this hotel, from the seating areas around the lake to the blankets to cozy up by the fire in the evenings. The restaurant views are stunning, a truly enjoyable experience!

Excellent. Planning on coming back when the weathers warmer to enjoy the pool and lake on premises

Pros: The hotel was gorgeous and In a gorgeous location price for room and emmenities exceeded our expectation and the front desk was very knowledgeable helpful and pleasant

Cons: Although the food was very good. Felt it was a little too pricey. We had dinner and breakfast and it cost more than the cost of our room

Pros: The staff is really, really good, the location is amazing, the jacuzzi facing the lake is awesome

Cons: This is a 5-star hotel, but with a 2-star toilet paper (I've never had to mention it in a review before, but it was remarkable enough :-) ) The bathroom as a whole could use some renovation.
