Pros: Location and staff. Also the food in the restaurant exceptional.

Cons: Beds little small and some noises during the night

Pros: I loved everything! Especially the art on the walls in the halls, lobby and rooms!

Cons: The thermostat lowered halfway through the night and the room got cold but the bedding was warm enough it wasn't a big deal.

Eastern Township Heaven.

Pros: Location, awesome counter and restaurant staff. Ambience all encompassing. Will tell everyone I know. Will be back in the summer.

Cons: No complaints or problems at all. Very European feel, with a great Chinese restaurant.

Pros: Very comfortable, quiet and clean with lovely bathroom and tub. Excellent location ! Thank you for a great stay :)

Good value and location for your money

Pros: I liked the linens, the comfort of the mattress as well as being able to check in early

Cons: The room was right in front of the elevator so it was noisy. The bathtub grout needs to be deep cleaned

No frills but no faults either.

Pros: As many have said already, this is a respectable, no frills, straight forward small hotel. It was clean, comfortable and an excellent value. The hotel has excellent double pained windows that kept out all the street noise.

Cons: No complaints from me.

At 103.00 a night...definitely will come back as this was my 2nd visit.

Pros: Comfortable,modern, fridge, microwave much appreciated. Location was perfect to walk around magog main street and the waterfront. Personnel warm and accommodating. when I asked for plates, cutlery and wine glasses, it was no problem.

Cons: Stuff happens...in the morning, the toilet backed up and nearly overflowed which was an inconvenience. Since we were leaving, there was no time to get maintenance in to fix it so, we had to \

Pros: nice hotel in a small city, although next to the main road, we had no troubles sleeping. breakfast can be ordered for extra price, and is of decent quality. room itself was nice size, clean and perfect for an overnight stay

I enjoye the room and especially the friendliness of the staff during open hours and after the front

Cons: Parking could have been better. There should be ample parking for paying guests.
