Almost as much a resort as it is a hotel - perfect for relaxing!

Pros: I just wanted to stay in and not do much running around, and Hotel Bonaventure was perfect for that. My room was large and well-appointed, the room service food was shockingly worth the money, and there were so many places around the complex to sit and relax or work with the beautiful natural courtyards outside (despite us being 10 stories up!). Also the staff were kind and helpful.

Cons: I wouldn’t have minded a microwave in my room, though the room service waiter let me know there was one in a location around the corner down the hall, and in the end I didn’t really need it. Also I didn’t see directions listed that would be helpful for finding the place via the RÉSO (Underground City) from the train station or the subway.

Cons: It would be nice to check out at noon and be able to check in at 3:00 pm. Would be nice to have an educator discount or a student discount. A little bit pricey/

Pros: Room was nice, lighting was excellent, much better than most hotel rooms. Bathroom fan seemed semi-automatic, turning on when the shower was running, great idea, and it did an excellent job of ventilation. Good blackout window shade. Staff always helpful and upbeat.

Cons: The room was an interior corner room, not much of a view. The shower floor was clean, but didn't look it. No serious complaints. The restaurant staff said there was no breakfast buffet during the week, when in fact there was in another room, you just had to ask at the desk.

Pros: Rooms were large and very comfortable. Everything worked. Housekeeping daily. Restaurant was reasonably priced. There is an exit straight into the souterrain which is great in winter.

Cons: Nothing really. Entrance up the lift is not that appealing but that is being picky.

Great stay! Can't wait to book another trip in a near future.

Pros: Room was fantastic and clean. Staff was courteous and very professional. Opening the access to the garden from the pool in the winter, made the pool experience marvelous.

Cons: A hotel guest took my robe, while I was in the pool. Had to walk back to the room without one. Probably a good idea to have some around, for when this happens.

Beautiful heated outdoor pool!

Pros: I love the location of this hotel.Very easy accesd from Central Station and right downtown.The staff are always polite.The pool and restaurant are worth the visit!

Cons: There were no towels at the pool when I went for a swim. The light in the closet was on a motion detection system.
