Great location place with everything you need

Pros: The place had everything I needed.A fully functional kitchen, washer/dryer, balcony, towels and toiletries. The staff were exceptionally nice and responsive

Pros: Le logement est situé proche des commerces possibilité de visiter à pied. J'ai apprécié l'emplacement et le fait d'avoir à disposition cuisine bien agencée, lave linge avec lessive et sèche linge, café, filtre et sucre de quoi prendre un café lorsque l'on a pas encore eu le temps faire les courses. Décoration agréable et appartement propre

Cons: Escalier raide qui aurait mérité d'être précisé dans le descriptif ainsi que le partage de la terrasse.

Pros: Amazing location! I'm not sure why this place has a low rating. It gets the job done. Two good sized bedrooms, can sleep a bunch of people. I was here with 8 people and we made the one bathroom work fine. If you're expecting shiny, high end cabinetry and furniture, then this is not for you but if you want a comfy bed, hot showers and a place to heat up a meal and hang out with your friends before going out, then this has everything you need. The location is worth it - convenient to everything Montreal has to offer. I especially like that it's all door code access vs keys.

Pros: Very comfortable and clean apartment - super spacious and cozy. Loved the balcony, couldn't hear the other neighbours at all, and in such a great part of the city. I didn't want to leave!

Cons: The lock on the door was just a little loose which was a tad disconcerting, but it still locked. If they repaired that it would be a flawless experience, in my opinion.

Pros: La terrasse et le barbecue sont un vrai plus. L immeuble est très calme. L équipement de l appartement est au top. Il ya tout même du café . L intervention rapide du service maintenance. Quartier sympa

Cons: La déco est choisie avec goût mais certains articles ont déjà bien vécu. Tâches sur canapé par exemple

Parfait

Pros: Outre le confort, l’appartement est extrêmement bien situé, Plateau du Mont Royal, et les visites de Montréal sont accessibles à pied ou en métro. Le logement lui-même est confortable, bien équipé (peut-être que le canapé lit mériterait une mention « pour des enfants » car un peu petit) et l’espace extérieur est très agréable. Une solution bien meilleure que l’hôtel. Très satisfait.

Great time and comfortable stay

Pros: Comfortable, clean in a great area to a lot of attractions. Lovely Terrace to sit out on.

Pros: Excellent location in heart of Mont-Royal neighborhood, with dozens of places to eat and drink nearby. Highly walkable and bike able area. Flat is a little tiny for four adults but the convertible couch is decently comfortable. Everything we needed was there.

Cons: Just be aware that there are a lot of steep steps, but that seems to be the case if you rent anywhere in the neighborhood. Patio is kind of meh, not a great location to hang out, but we didn't rent it to hang out there! Parking is available, but not straightforward to find/figure out. I would have liked more help with this. Price was okay for the weekend we rented, but overall city accommodations were very pricy on a big weekend (Canadian Grand Prix). That's on us though, we didn't know about the race!
