LiV MTL Montreal Plateau Apt.
Pros: Clean, excellent location, secure, air conditioned, full kitchen, washer/dryer. There was plenty of water pressure for the shower, which i really like. The host was responsive and helpful.
Cons: I needed to extend my stay an extra day, and my request was satisfied, but the cost per day nearly doubled to almost $600 with taxes. I agreed, I didn't have much choice, but I felt that this was exorbitant. The place is probably worth $350 /day in the high season. I'd stay here again if I got a better deal; I will be shopping for one.

Comfort and nice location
Pros: Location was great. The apartment was really clean! The cleanest I have ever seen in Montreal (and I visited many). Nice patio and comfort environment.
Cons: Stairs are narrow and steep (like many old buildings in Montreal). The patio was nice, but there is no cover from bird poop.

Great stay in Plateau
Pros: Nice apartment for 2 people. Great location in Plateau
Cons: Potential lack of privacy as living area opened onto shared space. Not an issue while we were there as it was cold so outside area not in use.

Good cost benefit and perfect location.
Pros: Excelent location, in the heart of Mont-Royal Ave, near to lota of restaurants, bars, bakery, cafees, close to the beautiful Parc La Fountaine, close to Metro, the room was nice and clean, the host was very hellful and careful.
Cons: Parking may be a little difficult in thia area if you get a car. The building was a little bit old and you need to climb a high stairs to get to the apartment. The wooden floor was a little bit noisy and the courtains did not black out the sun early in the morning.

Wonderful stay
Pros: The location was great, in a street full of nice bagel places, ramen and poutine. The flat was fully furnished, very well equiped and great for families. You can ask for a baby cot, which was a big plus for us. The place was clean and the bed comfy.
Cons: There is no lift so if you have luggage and a pram you have to be ready to climb the stairs

Brauchbares Appartement, ähnelt einer gut ausgestatteten Studentenwohnung, etwas abgnutzt.
Pros: Gute Lage, zwar 600m bis zur U-Bahn, aber lebhafte Straße. Wenig Verkehr, etwas Barbesucher am Wochenende. Brauchbare Schallisolierung.
Cons: Wennim Haus jemand dss Schleuderprogramm seiner Waschmaschine benutzt, vibriert das gesamte Haus ( Erdbenstärke 2 - 3 )

Schöne Unterkunft mit Spezialeffekten 😉
Pros: Ausstattung und Lage waren top… Bett war super bequem… alles war sauber!
Cons: … der online Checkin war total nervig… hätte ich bei der Buchung gewusst, dass es so unpersönlich abläuft, hätte ich eine andere Unterkunft gebucht… parken ist auch problematisch… vor der Tür kann man das Auto nur kurz stehen lassen… klassische Parkhäuser in der Nähe sind Mangelware… man bekommt dann irgendwann eine Email mit einem Tip wo man parken kann und einem Link der nicht funktioniert… leider habe ich die Mail erst gesehen, als ich das Problem schon selbst gelöst hatte… 3,5 Kilometer entfernt geparkt… ach ja, man muss seinen Müll selbst entsorgen… in öffentlichen Mülleimern auf der Straße oder am Tag der Müllabholung an der entsprechenden Stelle… kann man mögen oder auch nicht…

Pros: La suite occupée est lumineuse et donne directement sur l'avenue du Mont Royal (piétonne l'été). On entend aucun bruit de la rue grâce à une excellente isolation phonique des fenêtres. L'appartement a tout ce qu'il faut pour passer un agréable séjour (il y a même de la lessive à disposition pour le lave linge !). Le quartier est très animé avec beaucoup de bars et de restaurants. On trouve également des épiceries et des dépanneurs à proximité. Le métro est à moins de 10 minutes à pieds. L'hôte est par ailleurs super disponible et réactif.
Cons: L'escalier de la rue au 1er etage est horrible notamment avec des valises (cette location est à déconseillé à des personnes âgés ou avec des difficultés à se déplacer). La salle de bain aurait besoin d'un vrai rafraîchissement (carrelage fendu, meuble lavabo très abîmé, murs dégradés).
