Cons: Bit small

Pros: I liked the check-in system, very easy and intuitive, I liked the cleaning of the room and the location was perfect for my goals. The zone where the structure is located offers a variety of possibilities for restaurants, shops, and pubs. Well linked with the city center with public transportation.

Pros: The location of the apartment was ideal in terms of being a 10-minute walk from the Jean-Talon market, the metro station and from a variety of bistros and restaurants nearby. It was very clean and modern, as it was recently renovated. The bathroom was very modern as well. One suggestion would be to add a fixed soap-dish in the shower area itself as well as a robust towel rack. Although parking was not readily available on the street in front of the building, more free spaces were available on the nearby side streets close by.

Cons: Despite having provided explicit information prior to our arrival, the sofabed did not have the clean sheets requested; however, the management was quick to react to our request and were able to resolve the issue within a short time frame.

Studio agréable et très bien situé

Pros: Moderne, très propre, bien équipé, confortable et très bien situé près du parc Jari, du métro et du marché Jean Talon. Nous reviendrons sans doute

Cons: Lit assez peu confortable: Le matelas a vieilli et mériterait d’être remplacé. Nous n’avions aucune vue: la seule fenêtre était bouchée par une voiture. Lors de notre prochain séjour nous demanderons à ne pas être à l’étage inférieur. Le studio est très bien équipé mais il y manque une paire de ciseaux de cuisine et un petit couteau de cuisine.

Pros: L'emplacement est parfait, proche du marché Jean Talon, du métro, et des commerces. Le quartier est très agréable. Multitude de bars, restaurants .... Les équipements de la cuisine sont adaptés aux besoins.

Cons: Le fait d'avoir une chambre en sous-sol avec une vue sur le dessous de voitures garées sur le parking arrière et ce, sans en avoir été averti avant notre arrivée. Si j'avais su cela avant notre arrivée, j'aurais demandé une chambre dans les étages. C'est vraiment le point qui ne passe pas. La salle de bain est un peu petite et il n'y a aucun matériel pour le ménage dans l'appartement. C'est dommage.
