It was a very pleasant stay in a good neighbourhood

Pros: The property is pleasant and functional. It also has good wifi

Cons: The staircase leading to the apartment are a problem for the elderly, in particular to carry in heavy luggages. Yet once settled in all is fine.

Pros: Super well located and nice apartment! The communication with the owners was super good also! We had big bags and they arranged someone to bring them up the unit as there is no elevator! It’s just one floor up.

Cons: Be aware that there is a narrow stair to arrive at the unit! If you have big bags this could be a problem! Also in the weekends there is a night club in the street so could be very noisy!

Very nice stay

Pros: - Location on the Plateau is close to commerce and restaurants - Apartment is clean and nice - Equipment is good for a short stay - Beds are good - There's a bakery in the very next building!

Cons: - Identification before arrival was inquisitive and not smooth (send id+selfie and failed AI matching, several mails to resolve the issue) - A nearby bar was audible one night (out of 4), but we slept very well - Temperature was a little higher than indicated on thermostat (21°C vs 19°C wished)

Great spot to stay for a family visit to Montreal

Pros: We loved our stay in this apartment. Everything was clean and comfortable. The apartment was fitted out with all that we needed to have a comfortable stay. The location was great especially the patisserie downstairs!

Cons: There only thing missing that we needed was a broom to be able to tidy up a spill. The noise from the bar next door.

Pros: Clean, comfortable,newly renovated and well appointed apartment in a great Montreal neighborhood with lots of cafes, restaurants and bars. Having the bakery below was very convenient. Easy check-in and clear instructions provided ahead of time. Would happily stay here again when visiting Montreal.

Pros: Super appartement très bien situé. Équipement complet, lits confortables.

Cons: Appartement mal insonorisé, on entend les voisins et le bruit dans la rue. Attention à votre arrivée si vous avez des difficultés pour entrer dans l'appartement (code non reçu), le service client par téléphone n'est pas opérationnel.

Pros: Absolutely perfect stay! The location was excellent, with easy access to transportation and plenty of great restaurants nearby. The apartment was spotless, very comfortable, and had everything we needed. Communication with the host was fast, friendly, and helpful, which made check-in and check-out smooth and stress-free. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area.
