Great hotel

Pros: Great hotel, located near the airport. The rooms are spacious and well equipped. The reception staff were very helpful. The restaurant staff were brilliant and friendly. The food was lovely and has a great choice.

Cons: The heating fan was noisy, although I turned this off and noise stopped.

Pros: Great location near the airport and a shuttle bus to get to the hotel quickly. Reception staff dealt with my check in swiftly and were helpful with my requests. The staff were very helpful and the food is brilliant. The rooms are spacious and well equipped. Great shower and comfortable bed.

Cons: The heating fan is a little noisy, so I turned it off when I went to bed. P

Loved it.

Pros: Location is great. Shuttle service exactly on time. Had a meal in the dining room and it was very good. Room looked recently updated and was very tastefully decorated. Would definitely stay again.

Pros: Room was very comfortable. Efficient airport shuttle but only drops at one spot - my friend has reduced mobility and we had to walk all the way back to Air Transat

Cons: Always had to wait to be seated At the restaurant- Staff helpful once seated. At breakfast Portion size is small -toast was half a round of bread With less fruit than a child would eat with yoghurt. Consider breakfast outside hotel.

An exceptional on-airport hotel that delivers a very good experience

Pros: The location on the airport was excellent with the transfer bus system incredibly efficient. The room was spacious with great facilities. The restaurant was very good, nice food and very attentive staff.
