Holiday Inn Express Montreal Airport - St-Laurent by IHG

Pros: The hotel was right where we needed it. Indoors heated parking was a great value add Breakfast was great. Coffee was good. Shower was perfect and had all the lotion and potion we needed. Comfort bed and blackout curtains. Not sure what more anyone could ask for.

Pros: The location was perfect for my travel needs ,and the shuttle bus to the airport was very convenient. Overall, I had a great experience and would definitely stay here again.

Cons: The breakfast could have been better, the scrambled eggs were cold and there wasn't much variety, it was quite a basic selection.That said breakfast was still ok overall.

Pros: New spotless property with everything we needed for an overnight stay before our flight home. The indoor pool is big - even has an aqua slide for people with children.

Pros: The staff were courteous, the rooms were new and comfortable and spacious with 2double beds, a desk and a great bathroom. Microwave and kettle with teabags & coffe were available

Cons: The cupboards had the hanging section in the middle but should have been 2 hanging sections. Also a lack of hangars available.

Pros: This is a brand new hotel, everything is spotless and in prime condition, parking is under the hotel and spacious at a cost of 23$ a night. Breakfast was good, nothing spectacular but it was fine.

Cons: The hotel really needs to get signage up , we drove around a bit in the area as there are 3 hotels next to each other, a large sign with the name would help, impossible to find the parking unless you ask and when in the parking garage access to the lifts is through a locked door, we eventually figured out that some unmarked little button needed to have room key tapped on it !! It should be signed. Didn’t like the wooden cutlery at breakfast

Great breakfast and cleanliness, but disappointed by the unexpected parking fee.

Pros: We had a pleasant experience there. They offered a wide variety of food for breakfast, and everything was very clean and well-maintained. However, although the website indicated that parking was available, we were charged $20.00 per night. When I mentioned to the staff that parking should be free, they explained that “available” does not mean free. Aside from the parking charge, everything else was very good.

Cons: We were charged $20.00 per night for parking, which was not communicated to us in advance.
