Pleasant

Pros: Public transport to old Montreal leaves outside hotel and is cheap and fast. Found staff helpful unlike others on our travels

Cons: Price was raised because of Grand Prix - pure greed by Hilton

Great stay close to the airport

Pros: It's a great place to stay close to the airport! The breakfast was excellent (was included into our rate), the room was huge and the beds were comfy. I also appreciate free transfer to and from the airport, I think they run every 30 minutes (saw a schedule on the reception desk) but you need to call the hotel so that they come and get you. At the moment of writing in early 2024, the shuttle pick up is near door 8 on the second floor of YUL (at least it is for international flights, I'm not sure about domestic ones).

Cons: The only thing that I didn't like is that I was charged 40$ more than the rate I got on Booking.com (and it's not taxes, taxes were paid correctly). I was too tired after being on the road for 24 hours to find out why but it left an after taste 🤷

Definitely recommend . Not much in walking distance though

Pros: Excellent breakfast . Excellent staff . Great sized rooms and cleanliness . Warm and welcoming front desk staff

Cons: Unfortunately pool was out of order

Other that the ridiculously expensive parking, when you already pay for the room, hotel is quite ok

Pros: Nice staff. Very convenient to the Montreal airport area.

Cons: I had to pay $25 per night for parking!!!! That is not to my liking at all.

My stay was good

Pros: I have a early flight ,so I checked out 5 am Maybe you guys could prepare breakfast early so your customers could at least have a cup of tea and a sandwich

Pros: Close to the airport. classic airport hotel. comfy bed, large room, free coffee in the morning.

Generally a good stay and good value for money

Pros: The service by housekeeping was excellent. A light was out and they repaired it immediately and brought a 4th pillow. Only 3 were in the room on arrival. The two shuttle drivers that we had were both exceptionally helpful and very friendly and professional.

Cons: the front desk staff were fairly dismissive. I was directed to the lifts for my room however Level 1 is actually the ground floor. No assistance with luggage from the front desk to our room. The room opened onto the car park and was an accessible room which we did not ask for.

Pros: The room and the bed was absolutely amazing and comfortable.

Cons: Most hotels I have ever stayed usually would offer complimentary tea or coffee in the lobby especially if you arrive late and the restaurant is closed. I also requested a wake up call for 430 AM since I had to take the shuttle at 5:15AM, but I never got that wake up call, so when I checked out at the desk I mentioned to the gentleman I didn't get my wake up call he said it wasn't until 730AM. MY question is if the gentleman put me down for the shuttle at 5:15 then why would I have a wake up for 730 AM? It would of been a disaster if I wouldn't of set my phone for 4:30 AM.

Pros: Nice and clean. Close to the airport with shuttle

Cons: We asked for a wake up call at 2:15 am. We did not get it. Luckily one of us woke up at 2:45 am. We tried calling the front desk and the phone were not working when we got downstairs they call the shuttle for us. No apologies.

Nice hotel in a good location that included a shuttle to the airport or train station.

Pros: We had the continental breakfast…there was a good selection of breakfast items to choose from, including some hot items. The coffee was very good. The seating area was modern and clean.

Cons: The orange juice tasted watered down. The price of the continental breakfast was expensive at $19.99 and I think it should have been included in our stay. Also…the room was nice with comfortable beds, but the linens were very slippery. The bedding kept sliding off our beds.
