Good, but could be better!

Pros: It is very clean and although is not new, everything is well maintained.

Cons: Breakfast was automatically included at booking time. There is not even an option NOT to include breakfast. So, Everyone who stays at the hotel would have breakfast. At the check in time they gave us a coupon for breakfast, which we forgot to bring in with us in the morning. When we came for breakfast, it was clear that we stayed at the hotel, we walked in from inside the hotel and didn't have our boots and coats, yet the staff insisted to bring the coupon. We told them the number of our room and asked to check our names, No, they would not believe us! Bring the damn coupon! So, we had to go back to the room to get the car keys, then to the car to get the coupon where we left it the night before. I understand the rules, no question, but use your brain when you apply them! There could be exceptions, be more understanding of your customer's situation!

Pros: Good parking, easy access to the room,, clean and comfortable.

Cons: No movie channels

Pros: The hotel was clean, the pool was really nice and the breakfast was good. Close to a ton of restaurants and shops. Will return again soon.

Pros: It was very clean and the staff were very friendly and professional. I think there is so much potential for this place and for a stay in Granby, its worth it.. close to everything also

Cons: Not much light in the room, but during the day with the curtain open its fine. Not all electric plugs where working. But those are little details

All the same the stay was good.

Pros: Breakfast was good. There was enough parking space and staff were friendly.

Cons: The particular room I stayed was a little bit noisy. Noise was coming from the refrigerator. There is no noise proof against the adjoining room.

Pros: Comfortable facility. Enjoyed restaurant on site for dinner especially after a long days drive. Morning continental was also appreciated.

Pros: Room had everything we needed. Pool area is great. Location was perfect.

Cons: Walls are thin and room is small.

Pros: It was nicely situated and continental breakfast is super good.

Cons: There was other people's hair in the bath. Like it hadn't been cleaned.

Nice stay near Granby Zoo

Pros: It is really close to Zoo Granby, ATMs, grocery stores and pharmacies. It is a modest hotel, it offers everything you need for a nice stay. Parking and wi-fi are free, breakfast is included. Towels and bed sheets are fresh every day. The outdoor pool is nice.

Cons: I would have loved to have different egg options at breakfast, in addition to boiled eggs.

I would stay again, was a clean well located place.
