Hotel Lac Brome

One of the best hotels I've visited in a fabulous community. We hope to return!

Pros: The spa experience is excellent. Having all their free services (jacuzzi, hammam, sauna) in the same place and easy to access was really nice. Room was smaller than I expected but very comfortable.

Cons: We were asked to leave our room early because there was a repairman who needed to fix a minor issue with the shower. The hotel was almost empty. They should have assigned us to a different room if they knew this issue existed.

Great location and comfortable too!

Pros: Great location. The staff at checkin was really good. The room was spacious and clean. Bed was very comfortable. Great view of the lake and surrounding area from our room. The hot tubs were really nice to use at the end of the day. The included breakfast was very good, lots of choices and in a beautiful room overlooking the lake. Good Wifi and parking. Definitely will be staying here again when in the area.

Cons: Nothing.

Pros: Super comfy bed. Bathtub deep: perfect for a hit late night bubble bath! The fire pit at night was excellent. The dock on the small lake out back was fabulous: chairs for sitting to watch the ducks

Cons: The air quality of my room: Stale and stuff. The only way to air out the room was to open the patio door that had no screen door and the room was on the ground floor facing the parking lot: not safe. The layout of the bathroom is wrong: the door barely clears the toilet when it is opened. Poorly designed.

Very nice pool. Huge rooms. Nice waterfront access and views.

Pros: Very convenient. Good coffee. Excellent views. Staff were friendly and courteous.

Cons: Would have enjoyed hot food items such as eggs, pancakes and bacon.

We really enjoyed the beach area and the water was so warm. Loved it! And great firepit!

Pros: Almost everything. Very nice place to visit. So clean. The restaurant was very good but slow service. Lots to do on site and enjoy. We will be coming back in the future.

Cons: The bed mattress is finished. Very soft in the middle and throughout the night you kept sliding towards the middle because there was no support there. Not pleasant. The was no TV in the bedroom. We always look forward to having a TV in the bedroom to help unwind from the day. We won't be staying in the suites in the future because of this fact. Disappointing.

Great place to stay with a beautiful view

Pros: We enjoyed our stay. Room had a very nice view of the lake and Mount Bromont. The room was spacious and comfortable. The bed was comfortable. The hotel has two hot tubs and a sauna, along with a gym. Unfortunately the restaurant was closed for renovations when we were there. The hotel is well located. The staff were very hospitable. We definitely would stay again.

Cons: There was nowhere to get anything to eat at the hotel or close by.

Would go back.

Pros: The breakfast was very good although it was on the second floor and they did the best they could with the power outage. Elevators did not work and decafe coffee was not available. Regular coffee was available but only a small pot and ran out frequently. Would not have happened if there had not been a power failure. Located right across from the lake with private access to thu;e lake. Very clean.

Cons: Hydro could have been on this morning. Difficult seeing in a dark room. This was no fault of the hotel. The staff adapted as best they could.

Wonderful stay

Pros: It offers its guests a beautiful locale and many services. Breakfast buffet was very good, lovely room.

Pros: Lovely staff. Even the night porter and the grounds man took the time to make me feel comfortable in the outdoor area. I really appreciated their kindness. And the reception staff were very pleasant to deal with.

Pros: The room was clean, spacious, had a great view and in all ways exceeded my expectation.
