Pros: Our first visit to the Eastern Townships and it was brilliant. The front desk staff were ever so friendly, and spoke perfect English. The ski and restaurant recommendations were spot on.

Pros: The customer care at the reception desk. Corrine and her colleague couldn't have been more helpful. We could keep our bicycles in the room.

Cons: The balcony door didn't lock - not good on first floor

Pros: Clean, good location and family friendly. They even have a game room for kids our toddler loved it.

Cons: Breakfast arrangement - we had to choose between options which was confusing and unnecessary especially for kids
