Good location overall

Pros: Staff were really nice, shuttle was excellent, and the hot tubs were clean and lovely

Cons: Breakfast was too expensive for what it was, and the last night there were 2 floors of teenagers making so much noise until very late in the night. The hotels response was nice but not very helpful to manage the issue.

Very much enjoyed a relaxing stay.

Pros: Our room was spacious and comfortable, and well appointed. The pools and whirpools were very relaxing and well maintained.

Cons: Construction on the ground floor was occasionally noisy.

Pros: Le spa intérieur après le ski. La navette qui très pratique entre l'hôtel et le domaine skiable.

Cons: Un peu bruyant dans la soirée à cause de la piscine intérieure. Luminosité dans la chambre ainsi que la salle de bain beaucoup trop sombre.

Pros: The location! The looks of the hotel the friendliest front desk staff ! The pillows were so comfy and we really just loved everything about it and Bromont is such a cute town. - everyone was smiling and so willing to help ! Loved it !

Pretty location, be a bit more accommodating

Pros: Beautiful and charming. Weird entrance, coming up thru a service driveway on Google Maps…

Cons: A lot of steps. At the time I had a cast and a walker I found it difficult to navigate. At breakfast 🥞 asked about the à la carte menu and was told it was buffet only, and that I had to get it myself. (See above, cast and walker). My son was with me so he got it, but for 58.00 plus tax I expect a little better service.
