Great Location

Pros: We loved the new building! When we stayed in the old part the bed were not as confortable as the one in the new building. Location is great!

Cons: Breakfast and lunch could have more simple and vegetarian options.

Great city hotel with super-friendly staff

Pros: Super friendly staff, beautiful hotel, super location. There was a small mistake by the hotel but they more than made up for it after we spoke to them about it.

Kindness and comfort in a historic building

Pros: The hotel is beautiful, clean, and the service is extremely friendly. They value the Genius reservation and gave me a suite upgrade.

Cons: Since I have asthma, I felt the curtains were dusty and the breakfast food wasn't good, despite the excellent service.

Great time near Notre Dame!

Pros: Really good location, next to food, sights and the river. The hotel itself has 3 great spots to eat and drink. Rooftop patio is fantastic with panoramic views. The room was great. Good size and nice comfy bed.

Cons: Nitpicking here... I could have used bigger, fluffier towels! 😅

Comfortable hotel in good location.

Pros: Good hotel in a very convenient location for old town. Helpful staff, good food, comfortable room.

Cons: No kettle in room - we asked for one and got it but not teacups or milk, which we had to get from room service.

Luxurious hotel in an incredibly central location - we would highly recommend them!

Pros: The room was very spacious and clean, the bed and bathroom were very comfortable and the location was exceptional. Staff were very friendly and helpful. We also had drinks on the roof top terrace bar which is a lovely location and the drinks were great. The hotel gym was also fairly well-stocked for a hotel gym and reasonably well-maintained.

Cons: It would have been nice to be able to make a cup of tea in our room and the coffee machine was quite fiddly to use. There also appeared to be no facility to plug in our electric toothbrushes - although it could be that we are just not familiar with the North American system.

Pros: Staff were welcoming, professional and attentive. Housekeeping staff deserve a special mention for attention to detail and quality of service. Hotel is in a fantastic location central to old montreal but we still had a quiet room. Everything was spotlessly clean. Would recommend and would stay again!
