Pros: Room was spacious and clean, location was great! Breakfast was good! Amenities are great, will be back in early fall to enjoy pools,

Cons: Staff should mention that deposit could be placed on debit or credit card are not asked a deposit and only take credit number in case of damage, When reserving on-line information on deposit amount was much higher, website (booking, Com) needs to be updated,

Great location!

Pros: The hotel was very quiet and well insulated. The room and the bathroom were large and comfortable. The staff was very helpful and friendly.

Cons: Breakfast was not very good. There was no consideration for people who are vegan or have health issues.

We enjoyed our long weekend!

Pros: It was great to leave our luggage at the desk while we explored the downtown area, which was right around the corner. The beds are AMAZING! I slept in, which rarely happens! The staff were very accommodating and helpful. Thank you!

Cons: The breakfast was extremely chaotic, and people were loading up their plates and leaving nothing for others. Many food items and coffee ran out several times in the 30 minutes we were there. People were filling their waffle cups with batter and keeping four of them beside the waffle machine, while others stood in line waiting for their turn. That's not fair.

Comfort and Care giving Confidence.

Pros: Staff were fantastic, friendly, helpful and diligent. access around the hotel was easy, gym was excellent and with two lift stations, access to floors was brilliant.

Cons: Breakfast time can be hectic, the hotel has provided a time guide to help balance the numbers but people are people.

Great location. New hotel. Clean.

Pros: Location is great. Walking distance from downtown and Old Montreal. The swimming pool is small but heated and the view is beautiful.

Cons: We loved our stay. The only complaint : breakfast is great but extremely crowded especially after 8:30AM. There is not enough staff so the gypsies from all around the world are turning the place into a trash bin in minutes. It is repulsive. They'd better charge for breakfast more or do something about this issue...
