A great place for singles or couples in Old Montreal. Good quality and great service.

Pros: The staff are very friendly and the reception staff warm and welcoming. The rooms are on the small side, but clean and quiet, especially if you ask for a room away from the road. Coffee maker in the room and a continental breakfast delivered daily to your door. Hotel in a great location in Old Montreal, although mobility issues might make walking difficult for some people.

Cons: The breakfast was adequate, but there is no choice about what you get.

Pros: We always love staying at the Bonaparte. The room is comfortable and the restaurant is great.

Cons: Breakfast delivery to the room. When we first came to the hotel there use to be a morning breakfast versus a scone.

Pros: Our room was very comfortable. The hotel was in a good central location near to the places we intended to visit. The staff were very friendly and helpful.

Cons: Dinner at the restaurant was marred by slow service and our table being in a draughty position.

Pros: I truly have to say we enjoyed everything about our visit at your wonderful hotel. The room was exceptionally comfortable - VERY QUIET. Housekeeping was very efficient. The breakfast was a nice addition every morning. Every staff person we met was exceptionally kind and very helpful.

Cons: We wish we didn't have to leave.

Pros: The staff welcomed us very warmly at our arrival. The room was lovely. The location is perfect for visiting central Montreal with many restaurants and cafes just a few minutes away.

Pros: room was great as well as the location. the breakfast was a great idea but most of it wasn't our cup of tea. Staff was very attentive and made us feel very comfortable. The location was steps from the basilica and very close to st. paul street which has all kinds of restaurants and shops to browse. their restaurant was fantastic. The best meal I've ever enjoyed.

Cons: One thing we really wanted to see them improve was the toilet paper and facial tissue. It was very rough to say the least but otherwise there just wasn't much to complain about.

We enjoyed our time at the Hotel Bonaparte and would stay there again.

Pros: Location is great, a short walk to the harbour and its activities. Near restaurants and shops and the metro. The restaurant food is delicious.

Cons: A lot was made of the breakfast basket in other reviews. We found them a bit hit and miss. Two tiny croissants and jam and butter with juice was a good start but then we had to go out for a real breakfast.

Pros: Staff were extremely helpful and went out of the way to help us with activities and restaurant bookings.

Pros: Good location. Very close to Notre Dame Basilica and the old port. Very good basic amenities. Rooms are spacious.

Cons: Breakfast is disappointing. A dry stale croissant. Not worth the money, just get breakfast at nearby restaurant rather.
