Pros: The room was spacious and clean and the price was amazing, so I booked an extra night.

It worked well for our visit as this time we wanted to stay away from crowded tourist areas.

Pros: Room and bed were good, roomy, clean and comfortable. Shower was 2 maybe 3 stars with visible drywall-finishing details, and the handle for the shower had a gap to the wall. All working but, in my opinion not up to a 4 stars standard.

Cons: Breakfast, (included). The pastries kind of dry, croissants in particular. No cheese and no cold meats at least on the day we had breakfast. No scrambled eggs, no sausages. Perhaps breakfast is good enough just to get a coffee and snacks.

Pros: The staff were all very amazing! I'd particularly love to say thank you to Benie, who went above and beyond to make me and my parents, daughter, and sister's stay smooth, comfortable and above all flexible. She helped modify my booking to add my sister, she helped keep our luggage in storage as my family and I arrived quite early, she helped with the extension for late checkout. Infact she was top notch 👌 and she deserves a raise. People like her are the ones that create great customer retention! Will use Ramada again in the future, because of Benie and I will refer them to my entourage. Thank you so much, Benie, God bless you!

enjoyable as far as hotel rooms go. rack with info on Montreal & what to do

Pros: check in on the 15th the girl on the desk was so pleasant and kind and helpful. Room clean and large hotel well located and very very clean and nice on inside.

Cons: I think that the cost for parking should be included in the price of the room, or make better arrangements for people to know especially when booking on line with Booking.com. Enough parking for all especially when the hotels are now charging for a short person the beds are high, need a small stool to get in. The racks for the towels are too high for a short person think the breakfast could be expanded to 10:30

Cons: For the cost and time of year, it was incredibly over-priced for the location and allocated room. Also, the hotel is like a maze - finding the room was like a game of checkers. And it's a pet hate, but why do no Canadian hotels (this one included) have toilet brushes, people should clean up after themselves instead of expecting room service to do it for you?

Pros: Staff are so friendly and they would help with any issues. Breakfast was also good. I liked their cold water tank in the lobby too.

Cons: There are some facilities like microwave and coffee maker in the room, which is great, but they are far from outlet and I had to move them for using them. Also, a kettle could be added to the room because they do not provide hot water in the breakfast also vending machine does not work for hot water.
