Pros: Rooms are very spacious, clean & up to date with technology.

Cons: Location was hard to get in and out of town. Bedding could have been nicer. Nice duvet would have been nice.

This is a good hotel. It would be an option for our next trip.

Pros: Good and large rooms, great gym area, easy access and parking. Nice atmosphere and lobby. Helpful staff - responded quickly to our requests.

Cons: Breakfast was nice, however the variety of food could be improved. The main bedroom matrass was excellent, however the sofa matrass was really not good. We asked for some extra layers to put under the sheet.

A Realisation of Excellence

Pros: We received excellent service here. We came on a road trip with our children from afar, and the front desk upgraded our room, allowing us to enjoy two nights of higher-quality sleep. We are very grateful for this and look forward to staying at this hotel again next time.

Cons: There are two minor drawbacks: firstly, although there are Walmart and some shopping centers nearby, due to the proximity to the railroad tracks, some roads cannot be crossed directly and require detours. Additionally, the nearest subway station lacks an elevator, making it inconvenient for wheelchair users and guests with strollers. Secondly, despite signs prohibiting diving in the pool, there is no one enforcing this rule. When we brought our small children, several families with older children were diving there for about 30 minutes, forcing our little ones (and some other little ones) to stay in the corner of the pool.

Room, beds and location were nice.

Pros: Good parking. Kitchenette was nice (full-size fridge + dishwasher).

Cons: Had to ask multiple times to get new sofa bed sheets. Room temperature too hot, no AC.
