Lovely, Clean Hotel

Pros: The bed was very comfortable, the staff very friendly, and I loved the pool and gym.

Cons: Pillows were softer than I prefer, no fitted sheet on bed, the coffee could've been better,.dirt behind sliding door to bathroom. Room service was only available for dinner, and the restaurant that offered it was somewhat expensive. Lastly, the pool should be kid-free after a certain time at night.

Pros: The place is clean and the bed were comfortable. We all had a good sleep. The price is worth it.

Cons: When you modify the AC temp goes back to Auto so we keep on modifying as it gets warm.

Pros: Very modern. Excellent service and in a nice area. Very good restaurant in house, with a grocery store near by, along with patisserie's and coffee shops. Lots of restaurants near by if you wanted to walk or take a cab. Highly recommend 👌

Cons: Service at breakfast was very slow, so slow on our first morning we left and went to the patisserie a short walk away.

Pros: Walking distance to Metro and close to all tourist attractions by car as well.

Cons: No info was provided in the room about the hotel facilities (pool hours, restaurant info). Used to find a brochure or binder with this info., along with info. about the local area. Had to call front desk regarding pool, and they forgot to tell us such information upon checking in.

Beautiful accommodation, great pool, lovely staff.

Pros: Location was great for metro into town. Car parking was a huge bonus. Good sized room for 2 adults and 2 teenagers.

Cons: A buffet breakfast would have suited my family better. Our coffee machine didn't work well for hot water but free hot water was available at reception.

Pros: Breakfast choices were good and delicious; the bathroom was very clean and with toiletries; the bed very comfortable and lots of light. appreciated the microwave to be able to make and heat stuff.

Pros: Staff was very nice. Hotel is so nice. Lobby is nice to lounge in by the fireplace. Restaurant on site is great with a nice weekend vibe! The underground parking $(17/day) was great peace of mind!

Cons: Bathroom door had a gap so not entirely private - barn door style. Bed linens were light and not warm enough. No extra blankets in the room.

Peaceful, good service, safe neighbourhood.

Pros: The location was peaceful and quaint. It was close enough for us to Uber anywhere we wanted to go while being quiet and safe for us to go for late night walks outside the hotel. There was a Starbucks and Supermarche steps away which made our stay truly comfortable and spectacular. Also, house keeping and front desk deserves a round of applause because they were attentive and thorough with any request we had. I don't think we could have asked for anything more. Thank you so much for a wonderful stay. :)

Pros: The location, clean comfy room, comfortable bed, and good service at the reception.

Cons: Had to pay extra for parking, construction outside blocking easy access to hotel, no 24 hour movie channel on tv .
